තල් අතු ඉරිදා යනු පාස්කු ඉරිදාට පෙර ඉරිදා වන අතර, ක්රිස්තුස් වහන්සේ ජෙරුසලමට ඇතුළුවීම බොහෝ ක්රිස්තියානි පල්ලිවල තල් අතු රැගෙන යන පෙරහැරකින් සමරනු ලැබේ.
